Taxidriver strike against the Hailoapp, so its impossible to get a good support. But was good once. Hailo ruined their market, no way that they ll get back their drivers. Next time, first think and than act. One more greedy taxi app, the world didnt need. Good bye.

Easy from minute one. Fast setup and very uncomplicated

Not that widespread yet among taxis, but the app is pretty cool - can pay by credit card w/o processing in taxi, offer tip in advance so you get a taxi if you really need it. Thumbs up!

Works like a charm - I really like the fact that you get a real cab that can use the taxi lanes, and a driver who knows London beyond google maps.

The app works perfectly fast, simple to use, invoices are sent directly to e-mail address. The only issue is drivers reluctance to accept the orders especially during busy times. Orders are being often cancelled or waiting time immense. Few drivers told me the app would charge substantial portion of the jobs revenue and therefore they accept hailo orders only when they have no other choice.

does what it is supposed to do. waiting times in centre around 3-5 mins. much better than mytaxi.

The app works well but it would help if it showed what company can the driver has. Sometimes there are lots of cabs in one area and its hard to tell.

The subway was stopped and there were no cabs in sight. I got one using Hailo in a few minutes. The driver was able to find me out of the dozens of other people who tried to flag him down. Thats all I wanted from the app, so I gave it a perfect rating.

I like this app! The cab came within the time the app said they would and everything! Very easy to use!

Perfect app and Excellent service.

Its awesome to be able to track the car and not have to get your payment out - you just leave the car and the app does the rest!
