The app works perfectly fast, simple to use, invoices are sent directly to e-mail address. The only issue is drivers reluctance to accept the orders especially during busy times. Orders are being often cancelled or waiting time immense. Few drivers told me the app would charge substantial portion of the jobs revenue and therefore they accept hailo orders only when they have no other choice.
