This app is perfect and seamless! Ive been mapping my trips around cities in Europe and Hailo notifies the driver where to pick me up and drop me off! No more language barriers! Easy payment, and rating for cab drivers!! Also, you can prebook a cab and they arrive on time! Love this app!

Fast and convenient.

I am a first time user. Trying to create an account, but SMS has not arrived. Tried "resend SMS" a few times, but no success. As I cant register, Ill be looking for some other service :(

Got my taxi cancelled, couldnt cancel myself and other weird things. No point location only address. Drivers speaking spanish to me. Too confusing. Just copy uber to be usable!

It seems like you cannot sign in if you arent included in the short list of countries (ie Italy)...

Improve it with Italian numbers too!

I fly very often to London and Dublin and as an Italian I can not register. This is really annoying.

I wouldnt download this even if they paid me. No taxi would pick me up. The app took over 30 mins to even register and then it apologised and said it wasnt possible

If there are taxi us working fine but is completely useless when you really need it: when there are no taxi in the street. This app starts from a good idea / pain but the implementation is awful

Before you give up all your personal info make sure they serve your area. After giving my info they then tell me they dont serve my area. If they get hacked Im a victim without ever being able to use them.

I love the reminders and notices--very reassuring when preordering a cab. This app is so much better than standing in the street with one arm raised. And cashless is the way to go. Why did it take taxi companies so long to catch up with uber...?

Used it for the first time pre-booking a pickup to the airport. Driver got there on time and everything worked perfect. Uber should catch a clue from this app!

Best way to get around when visiting Dublin!

You cannot open an account if you dont have a mobile phone in the countries where the app operates. How do you cater for visitors or tourists?

I thought this update would fix it, but still crashes on launch for me every time.

Very limited supply of taxis that fit 5 people. We even reserved taxis and had no-shows. Others reported they could hold 5, but showed up and only took 4 - nice concept, but maybe for 1-4 people only.

Only one to get me taxis during Sunday in Barcelona Sarria. :)

Tried to sign up while in Barcelona to book early morning taxi to airport, but kept failing when I entered the SMS verification code I received on my mobile. I was using my US mobile number. Tried it one more time before giving it up.
