Hailo is a FANTASTIC APP. I cant wait for when it is going to be implemented in Paris, France. Would really make a diffeeence there!

Unable to prebook a cab for the day after. 7 hours before it is too soon. 30 mins before it is to late. Very stressful before catching a flight.

Very nice app

Useless for tourists because I cant call a cab without providing a phone number. Im not from Spain and the other countries covered by app. Should allow me to add a phone from any country.

Im in a trip to Europe (just like hundreds of thousands of Brazilians) and tried to get a a Hailo cab, but they just wont accept my phone number. Please treat international customers with respect. They also have credit cards and want to use the app.

I got it only yesterday and I was really impressed how good it is working. I can recommend to use it

I tried the app yesterday and it worked good! I would like to have additional features such as tips on an individual basis and tracking of the route the cab driver drives! It would be also cool to know if the price we pay is fair! Cheers!!
