Fantastic system, fantastic drivers. To think that I waited so long to use Hailo, because I was afraid it might be expensive!
1. Cheaper slightly than the big companies.
2. The car comes fast, and you know exactly where it is!
3. You know each others names.
4. Receipt come right to your phone, so you dont hold the driver up.
5. No, you dont have to give your credit card details, you can still pay cash if you want.
Had a problem only once: one late night, I saw no cars available, just a checkered flag... and thought all the drivers had gone home to sleep. No... turns out the app had crashed. A simple reboot fixes it (but I walked that night).
