Awful Service. Avoid.

First of all, great idea in theory, poor execution.

If any cars are available, which is fairly rare in NYC, they have the option to cancel your trip, but you still get charged a $5 cancellation fee... I dont understand this. For no service, waiting for the supposed ride only for them to cancel last minute AND you still get charged is a terrible business model for getting repeat customers.

Drivers are just any old taxi, nothing special and usually pretty rude. At least Uber regulates their drivers and cars to ensure a pleasant experience and repeat customers.

Its a waste of space on your phone. Dont bother. Use Über.
