App looks nice, service is awful

If I was rating the app it would get 5 stars. The service in Toronto is awful. I had two drivers cancel on me after waiting a total of 15 minutes which made me late for my event. The drivers didnt cancel until their ETA to pick me up was under 1 minute.

Immediately downloaded uber and got picked up within 3 minutes.

Deleted hailo.
