BEST TAXI CAB SERVICE / APP

I have been taking rides at least ten per week since day one with different Acc and CC. Safe, Fast and CLEAN (Something you will never find in Chicago). The Limo-Town-Black Car Style is really nice and easy to find. Drivers usually in kind and respectful and by miracle they dont use their cellphones when driving.
I had several issues but it was ALWAYS drivers overcharges or cancelation fees (((?))) when we actually ride the car. The App is very useful and I see they changed the tip process ( pretty sure because of CHEAP PEOPLE )
