Everything was fine until I received my first email receipt -- Hailo charges a $.99 Hailo Fee per ride and additionally requires a gratuity which youre initially only able to start at 20% (you can later change this setting to custom and adjust it).

UBER Taxi charges no fee, and you pay normally at the end of your trip.
