Rip off

I waited for cab tracked it on my phone I was notified it had arrived but it hadnt. A cab pulled up honked it got in thinking it was my halo cab and the meter started I asked and driver said not but meter was on. I immediately called the hallo driver who said he watched me get into the cab but didnt honk or anything. I said I wanted to cancel the cab. He said ok no worries. I then get a 15 dollar halo charge after I never got in the cab.

The meter should never start until you enter the cab. I never did. Watch out for ripoff.
